Purchasing a 2011 BMW for a fair price was a very satisfying experience and the service outstanding. Only drawback, they promised to email the picture shaking hands at the end of the sale, which never happened.

DK has a variety of cars that can fit your needs and budget. I got my car on October 15th with Alan’s help. He helped my wife and me to select the right vehicle for our needs. He was an honest fellow explaining the details for the car, insurance, and financing deal. Even though we couldn't pay the agreed amount on the day that we bought the vehicle because I couldn't talk with the bank, he trusted us with the car, letting us go home with it and return it the next day to pay the rest agreed. If you need a guy to talk with to get your car, Alan from DK is your guy.

Al was amazing. I told him the two vehicles I was interested in but I really wanted to test drive my first choice. He made it a point to go into detail before we even took the car on what the car DAC had in it, tell us all about the vehicle and make sure I was comfortable with it during the sale. He asked repeatedly if I had any questions, didn’t hesitate to explain things in a way and was a zero pressure sales person. He lets the customers lead the interaction and meets them at their level. I truly truly enjoyed the entire process of the whole interaction. And the best part was them calling the insurance agent who came to me and made sure the car was insured and registered before I even drove off the lot! You want service thats service! I purchased my vehicle in August 2019 after seeing it advertised on Car Gurus. I contacted them by phone and talked to Jim. He was very helpful with as much information as I required. After meeting him and seeing the car we went for a test drive. No pressure at all! We had the car checked out at our garage and they took care of a small issue.
